I put this s*@$ on EVERYTHING.
No salt added chick peas
Or soak and cook your own–add a little baking soda to make them extra fluffy!
course sea salt if possible
More or less, depending on the consistency you like.
Add all items to a good quality food processor and give it a good whirl.
Add a little water if you’d like a more whipped consistency.
Taste and adjust salt if needed.
Serve with a sprinkle of paprika and a swirl of oil, along with any cracker, veggies, or basically as a dollop on top of any salad or rice bowl. I love this on toast topped with avocado.
